While traveling to the Caribbean this year on the Allure of the Seas, i found some cooking classes to tighten up on my skills. The first one i did was a sushi making class and it was pretty fun. The cost on this class was about $30 pp, but was well worth it since we got to eat the food and it was way more than 30$ worth. 

The other class they offer on the ship was a cupcake class in the cupcake shop. The cupcakes and Ice cream they sell is wonderful. Each day they had a different types of cupcakes they baked and sold daily.

They also made custom cakes, this was one style they made. For a very small fee of $25 bucks they can customize it for you. The one on the right is the one we had customized for my birthday, just for reference on what they can do.    

Once I mastered the Sushi class it was on to Cupcakes, so I signed up for the cupcake class. I thought they would teach some basic techniques but this class was really beyond what i expected. today’s class was how to make a puppy cupcakes. the image on the left is what we were given to work with, on the right was my end result.
