Travefy ~I have found Travefy very useful for having discussions with people who are involved in my trips as well as keeping ideas all organized. (free)

Useful Tools:

Rome 2 Rio ~Rome 2 Rio is really useful to use prior to leaving the US to map your travels. You can enter any destination like your hotel to another city in Europe and it will give you bus line’s, train schedules, and flight details and it includes estimated fares. (free)
